you cant just animate willy nilly

well ive been practicing with flash a small bit and its not as easy as i thought. its kinda intimidating when you first look at it. ive been progressing bit by bit but it still killing me. i know some basics but i need some help......and inspiration.
if anyone has any advice that would help a lot.

on the other news, been drawing lots more pictures. should have them up soon.
